Cartwheel

A Cartwheel is a sideways rotary movement of the body performed by bringing the hands to the floor while the body inverts. The legs travel over the body trunk while the hands are on the ground, and then the feet return to the floor on the other side, then the hands are taken off the ground to stand back up.
